在自然盐渍土壤上和人工模拟盐胁迫条件下 ,采用盆栽方法研究了长期 ( 86天 )和短期 ( 1周 )盐胁迫条件下丛枝菌根真菌对玉米植株生长和耐盐生理指标的影响。结果表明 :在自然盐渍土壤和人工模拟长期盐胁迫条件下 ,菌根真菌显著提高了玉米的相对产量 ;在短期盐胁迫条件下 ,接种菌根真菌处理的玉米叶片细胞质膜透性低于不接种处理 ,玉米叶片束缚水与自由水含量比值、超氧化物歧化酶活性和根系活力都明显高于不接种处理。上述结果说明 ,接种菌根真菌能够提高植物的耐盐能力
Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth and salt tolerance of maize plants under long - term (86 days) and short - term (one week) salt stress conditions were studied in potted soil under natural saline soil conditions and artificial simulated salt stress . The results showed that the mycorrhizal fungi significantly increased the relative yield of maize under natural saline soil and artificial simulated long-term salt stress. Under short-term salt stress, the membrane permeability of maize leaves treated with mycorrhizal fungi was lower than that without artificial salt stress Inoculation treatment, corn leaf bound water and free water content ratio, superoxide dismutase activity and root activity were significantly higher than the non-inoculation treatment. The above results show that the inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi can improve the salt tolerance of plants
