目的:比较ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂与醇沉法制备芪仁回春合剂的方法。方法:通过薄层色谱鉴别及多糖的含量测定比较ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂与醇沉法两种工艺的差异。结果:ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂样品中多糖的含量明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂既能更有效地保留多糖等有效成分,又能保证制剂稳定且生产周期缩短,成本降低。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the preparation method of ZQRHR by ZTC1 + 1-Ⅱ clarifier and alcohol precipitation method. Methods: The differences between the two processes of ZTC1 + 1-Ⅱ clarifier and alcohol precipitation were compared by TLC and polysaccharide determination. Results: The content of polysaccharides in ZTC1 + 1-Ⅱ clarifier samples was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: ZTC1 + 1-Ⅱ clarifier can not only retain the effective components such as polysaccharides more effectively, but also ensure the stability of the preparation and shorten the production cycle and reduce the cost.
