为了选用合适的助熔剂生长Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7晶体,试验了多种不同成分和配比的化学试剂。最终确定了LiF和H_3BO_3摩尔比为5:2复合助熔剂,采用高温溶液法生长出了尺寸为20 mm×10 mm×3mm的较透明Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7晶体。粉末倍频测试结果表明,粒径为88~105μm的Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7粉体的倍频效应约为5.5倍的KDP(d_(36)=4.7×10~(-13)m/V)量级。红外光谱测量证实晶体结构中含有Si_2O_7基团和TiO_5基团。
In order to select the appropriate flux growth Ba 2 TiOSi 2 O 7 crystals, tested a variety of different ingredients and the ratio of chemical reagents. Finally, the 5: 2 composite flux with LiF and H_3BO_3 molar ratio was determined, and the more transparent Ba_2TiOSi_2O_7 crystal with the size of 20 mm × 10 mm × 3 mm was grown by high temperature solution method. The results of powder frequency doubling test show that the frequency doubling effect of Ba_2TiOSi_7_7 powder with grain size of 88 ~ 105μm is about 5.5 times of that of KDP (d_ (36) = 4.7 × 10 ~ (-13) m / V). Infrared spectroscopy confirmed that the crystal structure contains Si 2 O 7 and TiO 5 groups.
