氟硅酸(H_2SiF_8)-水玻璃(Na-2O·nSiO_2)堵剂是在单用氟硅酸对油井选择性堵水技术的基础上发展的。由于氟硅酸和地层水中的氯化钠作用,生成的氟硅酸钠晶体颗粒沉淀填堵出水孔道,在现场试验中见到了增油降水效果。但其沉淀量较少,体积小,并可溶,堵水强度较差,于是开展了氟硅酸-水玻璃堵剂(以下称堵剂)的研制工作。
Fluorosilicic acid (H_2SiF_8) - water glass (Na-2O · nSiO_2) plugging agent was developed on the basis of selective plugging technology for oil well with fluorosilicic acid alone. Due to the interaction of fluosilicic acid and sodium chloride in the formation water, the crystal particles of sodium fluosilicate precipitated and filled the water hole, and the effect of increasing oil and precipitation was observed in the field test. However, the amount of sedimentation less, small size, and soluble, poor water shutoff strength, so carried out fluorosilicate - water glass plugging agent (hereinafter referred to as plugging agent) research and development work.
