目的探讨妊娠合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者体内白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平及与胎儿宫内生长发育的关系。方法选择35例37周≤孕周≤41周OSAH孕妇设为OSAHS孕妇组,65例健康孕妇设为健康孕妇组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定孕妇血清中的IL-6、IL-18水平,并比较两组新生儿的体质量及Apgar评分有无差异。结果共纳入35例OSAHS孕妇,OSAHS组孕妇体内的IL-6及IL-18水平均高于健康孕妇组[(34.72±3.78)pg/ml vs.(24.98±4.25)pg/ml,(56.76±6.20)pg/ml vs.(37.65±4.93)pg/ml)],经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),OSAHS孕妇组胎儿出生体质量显著低于对照组(3.15±0.14 kg vs.3.43±0.17 kg,P<0.05),但两组新生儿Apgar评分[(9.00±1.16)分vs.(9.02±1.25)分]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 OSAHS组孕妇血浆内炎症因子较健康孕妇明显升高,并可能影响正常宫内环境,对新生儿的生长发育产生一定影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-18 (IL-18) and fetal growth and development in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS) during pregnancy. Methods 35 cases of OSAH pregnant women with 37 weeks ≤ gestational weeks ≤41 weeks were enrolled as OSAHS pregnant women and 65 healthy pregnant women as healthy pregnant women. Serum levels of IL-6 and IL-6 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) 18 levels, and compared the two groups of newborns body mass and Apgar score whether the difference. Results The levels of IL-6 and IL-18 in OSAHS pregnant women were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant women [(34.72 ± 3.78) pg / ml vs. (24.98 ± 4.25) pg / ml, (56.76 ± 6.20) pg / ml vs. (37.65 ± 4.93) pg / ml)], the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The birth weight of fetuses in OSAHS pregnant women was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.15 ± 0.14 kg vs. 3.43 ± 0.17 kg, P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups (9.00 ± 1.16 vs 9.02 ± 1.25) (P> 0.05). Conclusion The plasma levels of inflammatory cytokines in pregnant women with OSAHS group are significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant women and may affect the normal intrauterine environment and have an impact on the growth and development of neonates.
