通过试验研究,探讨了用于膨化——浸油的大豆挤压膨化系统参数——挤压套筒温度、模孔孔径、物料水份、螺杆转速,对考察指标——膨化后、浸前的膨化物的粗脂肪和浸后的残油率、氮可溶解指数、脲酶活性的影响。指出:1)膨化后的大豆应将其温度降至50℃~60℃时,即可进入浸出器。否则,存放时间长,使柏的残油率增加。2)只要大豆挤压膨化系统参数选择合适,有可能使原设备的浸出能力提高100%。
