目的 探索湖沼渠网型血吸虫病重度流行区的有效防治策略。方法 采取扩挖清洗有螺渠道,建立完备的水利灌溉设施,改造低洼低产农田,硬化有螺渠道等措施,改造钉螺的孳生环境;改水改厕、提高农业机械化作业程度,建立居民新村或小区等改善居民生活生产环境;同时加大人、牛的查治病和扩大化疗力度等。结果 钉螺面积,活螺平均密度,钉螺感染率分别下降90.09%、89.74%和92.71%;居民和耕牛的粪检阳性率分别下降93.56%和90.83%;急性血吸虫病完全控制。结论 该方案既改造了钉螺的孳生环境、控制了疫情,又有利于农业生产的发展,综合效益明显,是湖沼渠网型流行区控制血吸虫病的有效措施。
Objective To explore the effective control strategies for severe epidemic area of schistosomiasis schistosomiasis in lake marsh. Methods The measures such as expanding dredging and snail channel, establishing complete irrigation and irrigation facilities, transforming low-lying and low-yielding farmland and hardening spiral channels were adopted to transform the breeding environment of snail; water and toilet were changed to improve the degree of agricultural mechanization and to establish a new village or community Improve living environment and other production; at the same time increase people, cattle and disease treatment and expand the intensity of chemotherapy. Results The area of snails, the average density of live snails and the infection rate of snails decreased by 90.09%, 89.74% and 92.71% respectively. The positive rates of fecal seizures of residents and cattle decreased by 93.56% and 90.83%, respectively. The acute schistosomiasis was completely controlled. Conclusion This program not only improved the breeding environment of snail, controlled the epidemic situation, but also contributed to the development of agricultural production with obvious comprehensive benefits. It is an effective measure to control schistosomiasis in lacustrine channel network endemic areas.
