幾年以的,美術院擬定了高等美術學校的教學大綱。在討論構圖教學大綱時,出席的同志們都交換了關於構圖的意見。應當承認,那次會議並沒有能够得出一個能說明甚麼是構圖和怎樣構圖的明確的結論。甚至有些同志,竟懷疑構圖规律的根本存在,據說,構圖的過程是直覺的,連作者自己也往往弄不清楚,爲甚麽要這樣構圖而不那樣構圖。
A few years later, the academy has drawn up a teaching program for higher art schools. In discussing the composition syllabus, the comrades present exchanged views on composition. It should be admitted that the meeting did not come up with a definitive conclusion as to what constitutes a composition and how it should be framed. Even some comrades actually suspected the fundamental existence of the law of composition. It is said that the process of composition is intuitive, and even the authors themselves often can not figure out why they should be patterned instead of being patterned.
