本文报告了非心脏手术后发生急性心肌梗塞患者6例(男5例、女1例、年龄50～72岁、平均63.6岁)。术前心电图均正常,无胸闷、胸痛史,其中三例均在排便时突然发生急性透壁性心肌梗塞并发心室颤动、抢救无效死亡,另外三例是在术后复查心电图时发现,预后良好。我们这三例猝死的急性心肌梗塞患者的特点是:1、术前从无胸闷、胸痛、心悸史、既往心电图正常。2、发生心肌梗塞的时间在
This article reports 6 patients (5 males and 1 females, aged 50-72 years, average 63.6 years) with acute myocardial infarction after noncardiac surgery. Preoperative electrocardiogram were normal, no chest tightness, history of chest pain, of which three cases of acute transmural myocardial infarction occurred suddenly in defecation with ventricular fibrillation, rescue died of ineffective, the other three cases were found after the review of ECG, the prognosis is good.
