半年来我在工业速成中学校课当中,深深体会到「充分备课,切实作好教案」,是教学成功的基本条件。在上学期算术的教学过程中,我始终坚持了每课必作教案的原则。由于行政领导上重视备课,给予教员们充分的备课时间,所以我教一小时的课经常作到两小时以上的准备工作。「把教材融化在自己的脑子里,结合学生的思想情况(程度与特点)再经过系统的组织」,这是我备课的原则。因此我的备课分两个步骤:首先是对教材彻底的了解和认识,在这方面党校也给了便利的条件。因为我们自己编的讲义缺点还多,所以学校便给每个教学教员都预备了很多种新旧算术教本及其他参考书。在每讲一个单元之前,除了认真理解自己用的教本上的教材内容以外,更把其他教本上的内容与讲法加以比较、参考。其次,才开始编制教案。在作教案时注意找出哪些是学生易接受的,哪些是难懂的,怎样讲容易懂,怎样讲
