由于公共伦理的缺失,教育行为约束力的不足,以及长期以来对公务员主体道德需要的忽视,使得当前的公务员道德教育在价值、过程、结果上出现了不同程度的有效性困境。本文在剖析公务员道德教育现实困境的基础上,探询其成因,初步建构走出困境的路径和方法。
Due to the lack of public ethics, the insufficient binding of educational behaviors and the ignorance of the moral needs of civil servants for a long period of time, the current civil servants’ moral education have different levels of effectiveness dilemma in value, process and result. Based on the analysis of the real predicament of civil servants’ moral education, this article explores the causes and preliminarily constructs the ways and methods of exiting the predicament.
