目的观察医院消毒供应中心医疗器械运用不同干燥方法的效率。方法选取医院供应室使用的有孔器械500件,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组250件。对照组直接将有孔器械放入干燥柜,然后用气枪对准有孔器械冲气;而观察组先用气枪把有孔器械孔内的大部分水分冲掉,随后将其放入干燥柜干燥。2组干燥温度均设定为90℃,5 min后比较2组的干燥效果。结果观察组100%的有孔器械干燥后残余水分为0,而对照组90%的有孔器械干燥后仍残留少许水分,观察组器械干燥效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用新型干燥方法对供应室的医疗器械进行干燥时效果更佳,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficiency of medical devices using different drying methods in hospital disinfection supply center. Methods 500 pieces of perforated instruments used in hospital supply room were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 250 in each group. The control group directly into the drying device with holes, and then use the air gun aligned hole instrument gassing; and observation group with the first air hole to hole most of the hole moisture washed away, and then placed in the drying cabinet drying . The drying temperature of the two groups was set to 90 ℃, and the drying effect of the two groups was compared after 5 min. Results 100% of the perforated instruments in the observation group had residual moisture of 0 after drying while 90% of the holes in the control group still had a small amount of moisture remaining after drying. The drying effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The new drying method is more effective in drying the medical equipment in the supply room and is worth popularizing and applying.
