提高能量始终是固体推进剂研制发展过程中一直追求的主要目标,不断研究发展含能材料的新概念、新技术,研究合成新型含能材料并投入使用,是含能材料技术发展的重点。综述了缩水甘油叠氮聚合物GAP、氧丁环聚合物PNIMMO和硝酸酯缩水甘油醚聚合物PGLYN等三种具有发展前途的含能胶黏剂。讨论了包括聚乙烯醇硝酸酯、聚多硝基苯撑、硝胺聚醚和N-N环氧聚合物等的其它含能胶黏剂。认为在固体推进剂中使用含能胶黏剂是提高推进剂能量的有效方法。
Increasing energy has always been the main goal pursued during the development of solid propellants. Continuous research and development of new concepts and technologies for energetic materials, and research and application of new energetic materials are key points in the development of energetic materials technology. In this paper, three promising epoxies such as glycidyl azide polymer GAP, oxybutadiene polymer PNIMMO and nitrate glycidyl ether polymer PGLYN are reviewed. Other energetic adhesives including polyvinyl alcohol nitrate, polynitrophenylene, nitramine and N-N epoxy polymers are discussed. It is considered that the use of energetic adhesives in solid propellants is an effective way to increase the energy of propellants.
