搭建了2个实验房,针对太阳能集热器连接实验房中的蓄能板的蓄热性能进行研究。采用静态和动态2种方法对相变材料蓄热量进行计算,对蓄能板的热流密度和实验房温度进行测试与分析。研究结果表明:静态和动态蓄热量的计算误差为4.09%;蓄能板与对比板热流密度平均值差值30.77 W/m~2,蓄能板具有较好的蓄热能力;相变实验房内温度与对比实验房内温度相比最大衰减时间为120 min,最大平均温度差为4.33℃。
Two laboratory buildings were set up to study the heat storage performance of the energy storage board connected with the solar collector in the laboratory building. Two kinds of static and dynamic methods were used to calculate the heat storage capacity of phase change material, and the heat flux density and laboratory temperature of the energy storage plate were tested and analyzed. The results show that the calculated error of static and dynamic heat storage is 4.09%, the average difference between the heat flux density of the energy storage plate and the comparative plate is 30.77 W / m 2, and the energy storage plate has good heat storage capacity. The maximum temperature decay time was 120 min compared with that in the control room. The maximum average temperature difference was 4.33 ℃.
