某单位在冷却塔施工中使用1台郑州机械设计研究所的ZTQ240自升式塔机(折臂塔机)和1台升降机配合进行塔筒的施工。ZTQ240自升式塔机最大起重量8t,最大起升高度142.2m(折臂工况),折臂高度范围3.5~26m。因该塔机的起重臂能够折臂,所以在双曲线冷却塔的施工中,不受塔筒曲线变化的影响。当塔身高度一定时,通过折臂提高塔机的施工高度,满足塔筒向上施工;在施工完成后不因冷却塔的“喉部”半径小
