对带式输送机一维粘弹性模型建立了动力学方程,采用行波方法对头部驱动(或头尾驱动)的输送机建立了行波整体叠加模型,采用计算机离散方法对各种控制启动情况进行了分析和求解,编写了算法的计算机程序,得到了输送带任意一点张力和速度的时间变化历程的数值解,符合实际情况的输送带张力、速度变化规律,及与理论计算相符的数值结果。通过各种“S曲线”启动的比较,得出合理延长启动时间和选择合理的启动曲线,可以有效降低输送带启动张力。
