实施护士长公开答辩竞选上岗,既是激发职工积极进取,实施动态管理,促进整体素质提高的有效手段,又能使一部分担当繁重医疗任务的第一线的优秀人才脱颖而出。我院于1999年1月尝试人事制度改革,在护理系统8个岗位进行护士长选拔、竞选上岗。人选后实行3个月的试用期,试用期满后聘任。 1 原因 建立公开、公平、公正的竞争机制,使能者上、庸者下,这个目标规定了不是论资排辈,熬过一定年头就可以自然任职,而是好中择优,成绩突出,有培养前途。她们应该已经在护理专业
