通过对超细粉煤灰在单掺,及与高效减水剂复合掺入时的减水率进行试验研究,分析了“过热蒸气气流磨”制备的超细粉煤灰与高效减水剂的复合减水效应及减水机理,结果表明,在不掺加高效减水剂的条件下,粒径大于10μm的超细粉煤灰对水泥浆有一定的减水增塑作用;当与高效减水剂共同作用时,二者“双掺”的减水率急剧增加,与原状低等级粉煤灰相比,磨细粉煤灰的减水作用增加明显。
