在碱性介质中,以自制的Pt/C为催化剂,对邻硝基氯苯催化加氢制备2,2′-二氯氢化偶氮苯(DHB)进行研究;采用正交法对加氢还原条件进行了优化,最优条件为反应温度60℃,反应压力0.6 MPa,氢氧化钠的质量浓度为25 g/L,助催化剂用量为3%。在该条件下催化剂使用10次活性未见明显下降,所得产物DHB质量分数大于90%。
Hydrogenation of o-nitrochlorobenzene to 2,2’-dichlorohydrazobenzene (DHB) was carried out in alkaline medium with Pt / C as catalyst.
