2017年4月6日,云南省宣威市某规模化猪场新购进的部分仔猪开始出现呕吐、腹泻症状,接下来的数日发病数量不断增多并出现死亡。死亡仔猪皮肤发绀,解剖可见脾脏肿大呈深蓝色,有出血点,胃黏膜广泛性脱落、胃底部弥漫性出血,肝脏肿大,可见瘀血斑块。截至采集病料送检时,已死亡56头,仍有20多头处于发病状态中。为了尽快对疫情进行确诊,对送检病料进行猪瘟、伪狂犬、猪蓝耳病、猪红斑丹毒丝菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、刚地弓形虫及猪流行性腹泻RT-PCR/PCR/qRT-PCR检测,同时无菌采集肠系膜淋巴结样品进行致病菌的分离培养及鉴定。最终猪瘟、伪狂犬、猪蓝耳病、猪红斑丹毒丝菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、刚地弓形虫及猪流行性腹泻检测结果均为阴性,分离获得1株细菌,经细菌形态学分析、昆明小白鼠致病性试验、生化鉴定及16SrRNA序列分析,确诊引起此次疫情的病原体为沙门氏菌属细菌。药敏鉴定结果显示该菌株仅对头孢哌酮、氟甲喹、卡那霉素、奥索利酸、庆大霉素、依氟沙星、安普霉素、呋喃妥因敏感,对其余药物均耐药。笔者及时选用敏感药物对猪群进行预防和治疗,有效控制了死亡率,最大程度地减少了经济损失,并为猪沙门氏菌病的诊断及防治提供参考及借鉴。

Finally, a swine fever, pseudo-rabies, blue ear pig disease, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Pasteurella multocida, Toxoplasma gondii and porcine epidemic diarrhea were negative results, isolated from a bacteria, the bacterial morphology Analysis, pathogenicity test of Kunming mice, biochemical identification and 16SrRNA sequence analysis confirmed that the pathogen of the outbreak was Salmonella bacteria. The drug susceptibility test results showed that the strain was sensitive to cefoperazone, flumequine, kanamycin, oxsilic acid, gentamycin, efloxacin, apramycin and nitrofurantoin, and resistant to other drugs medicine. The author timely use of sensitive drugs for the prevention and treatment of pigs, effective control of mortality, to minimize the economic losses, and for the diagnosis and prevention of Salmonella in pigs provide a reference and reference.
