文化供给与消费的相互作用中供给过剩和消费的不足并存,但这种供给过剩和消费不足都是结构性的。文化供给与消费产生结构性矛盾的原因主要有四个,一是源于文化产品供求的特殊性,二是因为文化消费模式与生产模式存在脱节,三是个性化文化需求缺乏足够的市场机制给予满足,四是不同社会群体运用信息科技和网络资源获取文化产品的能力不同。解决文化供给与消费的结构性矛盾,既需要供给侧发力,也需要消费侧给力,需要从消费的角度来思考和谋划文化供给问题,也需要从供给的角度解决和应对文化消费与需求问题,更需要我们对解决矛盾的理念和思路作出选择。
The interaction between supply and consumption of culture coexists with the shortage of consumption, but this kind of supply and consumption are both structural. There are mainly four reasons for the structural contradiction between supply and consumption of culture: one is due to the particularity of supply and demand of cultural products; the other is because there is a disconnect between cultural consumption patterns and production patterns; and the third is that personalized cultural needs lack adequate market mechanisms Fourthly, there are differences in the ability of different social groups to acquire cultural products through the use of information technology and Internet resources. To solve the structural contradiction between supply and consumption of culture, it not only needs supply-side force but also consumer-side force. It needs to think and plan cultural supply from the perspective of consumption. It also needs to solve and deal with the issue of cultural consumption and demand from the perspective of supply , But also need us to choose the ideas and ideas for resolving conflicts.
