数控机床主轴驱动系统在整个机床系统中起着十分重要的作用。机床主轴驱动电机在空载或轻载运行时的运行效率很低。动态调节电机的端电压,使其跟随负载变化而变化,从而保持电机恒额定功率因数运行,以降低能耗,提高电机效率。对交流异步电动机的工作特性进行了理论分析,并对电动机恒功率因数节能运行方式进行了仿真,给出了仿真结果。
CNC machine tool spindle drive system plays a very important role in the entire machine tool system. Machine spindle drive motor running at no-load or light-load operation is inefficient. Dynamically adjust the motor terminal voltage, so that it changes with the load changes, so as to maintain the motor constant rated power factor operation to reduce energy consumption and improve motor efficiency. The working characteristics of AC induction motor are analyzed theoretically, and the energy-saving operation mode of the constant power factor of the motor is simulated. The simulation results are given.
