实施医院分级管理与医院评审,是我国医院宏观管理制度的一项重大改革。医院开展“达标上等”活动,可以促进标准化、规范化和科学化管理,有利于医疗服务质量的提高,有利于医院整体水平的提高。本文以医疗服务质量为重点,以陕西省首家通过评审的“三级甲等”医院——西安医科大学第一附属医院为实例,对该院157名置身于“达标上等”活动之中的医疗卫生工作者及165名门诊患者、134名住院患者作了调查,并引用与医疗质量有关的若干项医疗指标综合分析医院“达标上等”活动对提高医疗服务质量的作用,论证该项活动在医院建设和发展中的意义。
The implementation of hospital classification management and hospital assessment is a major reform of the hospital’s macro management system.
