2013年新的《旅游法》实施以后,其对旅游市场产生了极大地影响。而对旅行社来说,由于旅游法强令禁止零负团费、不能擅自降低服务等级标准、不得带旅客进购物店、取消另行付费旅游项目、不能索要小费等规定,使得旅行社的收益面临极大损失。本文从旅行社的角度出发,分析旅游法实施一周多年以来,旅行社所发生的变化和产生的影响,从而为旅行社更好的发展提供应对策略建议。
After the implementation of the new Travel Law in 2013, it has had a tremendous impact on the tourism market. For travel agencies, due to the tourism law forbids zero negative fare, can not arbitrarily reduce the service level standards, shall not take passengers into the shopping store, cancel the other paid travel items, can not ask for tips and other provisions, making travel revenue is facing great loss. This article, from the perspective of travel agencies, analyzes the changes and impacts of travel agencies over the past one week since the implementation of the Travel Law, so as to provide the countermeasures and suggestions for the better development of travel agencies.
