运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对河南省9所高等职业技术学校体育教学及职业实用性体育教学进行研究。通过对数据的整理得出以下几点结论:河南省现行体育教学内容陈旧、模式单一、方法手段单调乏味。体育教学不能满足工作岗位对发展学生职业特殊身体素质的需求。根据工作特点及特殊身体需求伏案型、站立型、移动型专业应采用不同的教学内容。
Using the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the physical education and vocational practicality teaching in nine higher vocational schools in Henan province. Through the data collation to draw the following conclusions: Henan Province, the current obsolete physical education content, a single model, the method of tedium. Physical education can not meet the needs of the job to develop students’ special physical fitness. According to the characteristics of the work and special needs of the body case, standing, mobile professionals should use different teaching content.
