邻二氟苯与丁基锂在低温下反应得到2,3-二氟苯基锂及其衍生物是制备侧向邻二氟取代负介电各向异性液晶最重要的方法,基于苯基锂与格氏试剂结构上的相似性,对2,3-二氟苯基锂的反应性作了归纳和补充,分别研究了它与双环己基酮,甲醛及N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的反应性,得到了相应的重要中间体。而2,3-二氟苯基锂与原甲酸三乙酯,反-4-(反-4′-丁基环己基)环己基乙腈反应未能得到预期的产物。
