我国的企业年金事业在过去六年中取得了长足的发展,但在一系列亮丽成长数字的背后却隐藏着诸多的瓶颈问题,这些瓶颈包括政策不完善、行业内恶性竞争、专业人才匮乏、国内企业对年金认识不足以及年金投资行为被迫短视等等。这些瓶颈问题正将一个本应充满机遇的朝阳行业变成一个业内企业生存压力巨大、苦不堪言的鸡肋行业。这种局面急需各方共同努力才能得到彻底改变。
Although China’s enterprise annuity business has made great strides in the past six years, many bottlenecks have been hidden behind a series of bright growth figures. These bottlenecks include the imperfect policies, the vicious competition in the industry, the shortage of professionals, Enterprises do not know enough about annuity and pension investment is forced to short-sighted and so on. These bottlenecks are turning a sunrise industry, which should be full of opportunities, into a thriving industry where the industry’s enterprises are under a lot of pressure to survive. This situation urgently needs the concerted efforts of all parties to be completely changed.
