考察大孔吸附树脂分离纯化结晶母液中3-甲基黄嘌呤的最佳工艺。利用静态吸附试验筛选5种大孔吸附树脂,并通过动态吸附及解吸的单因素影响试验,优选树脂的最佳分离纯化条件。结果表明,大孔吸附树脂HZ16较适用于分离纯化结晶母液中的3-甲基黄嘌呤,其静态吸附量约18 mg/ml。用5%乙醇和60%乙醇(p H 10.0)可以解吸树脂柱上的3-甲基黄嘌呤,平均解吸收率大于92%。
The optimum conditions for the separation and purification of 3-methylxanthine in the mother liquor of macroporous adsorption resin were investigated. Five kinds of macroporous adsorption resins were screened by static adsorption test, and the best separation and purification conditions of the resin were optimized by the single factor experiment of dynamic adsorption and desorption. The results showed that the macroporous resin HZ16 was suitable for the separation and purification of 3-methylxanthine in the crystallization mother liquor with a static adsorption capacity of about 18 mg / ml. The 3-methylxanthines on the resin column were desorbed with 5% ethanol and 60% ethanol (p H 10.0) with an average desorption rate of greater than 92%.
