大规模征集高校学生入伍,是党中央、国务院、中央军委着眼于军队信息化建设做出的重大战略决策,这一战略决策,不仅将拓宽大学生的就业渠道,更将使部队兵员素质、知识结构进一步优化,加速军队信息化建设进程。但受社会“征兵难”和“当兵冷”的大环境影响,大学生入伍数量远远满足不了军队信息化建设的需求,本文以吉林省4所各类高等院校和解放军某部为调查对象,通过回收6000份调查问卷和座谈,全面了解掌握吉林省各类高校大学生征兵入伍工作现状,找准存在的问题,提出相应的促进机制,推动大学生征兵入伍工作快速发展。

In this paper, four types of colleges and universities in Jilin Province and the People’s Liberation Army Ministry of Investigation and Research Department, through the collection of 6,000 questionnaires and seminars, a comprehensive understanding of all kinds of college students in Jilin Province conscription work in the current situation, identify the existing problems, put forward corresponding promotion mechanism to promote the rapid development of college students conscription work.
