目的了解目前我国市售二氧化氯发生器性能的整体状况。方法于2007—2008年按照一定原则选择6家生产企业生产的二氧化氯发生器,采用五步碘量法测定发生器出口液的二氧化氯产量、转化率、原料耗率等性能指标。结果二氧化氯一般采用现场发生制取,目前饮用水消毒中应用最为普遍的是氯酸盐法复合发生器和亚氯酸钠法高纯发生器。复合发生器的二氧化氯转化率平均值为57.06%,原料转化率均值为67.88%;高纯发生器的二氧化氯转化率平均值为84.78%,原料转化率均值为94.23%。结论高纯发生器的二氧化氯转化率优于复合发生器,且新的高纯二氧化氯发生方法在性能和消毒成本上更具优势。
Objective To understand the current situation of the market performance of chlorine dioxide generator in our country. Methods The chlorine dioxide generator produced by six manufacturing enterprises was selected according to some principles in 2007-2008. The output of chlorine dioxide, the conversion rate and the raw material consumption rate of the generator were determined by five steps iodometry. Results Chlorine dioxide was generally prepared on site. At present, the most common application of disinfection in drinking water is chlorate complex generator and sodium chlorite high purity generator. The average conversion of chlorine dioxide in the composite generator was 57.06%, the average conversion of raw materials was 67.88%; the average conversion of chlorine dioxide in high purity generator was 84.78%, and the average conversion of raw materials was 94.23%. Conclusion The chlorine dioxide conversion of high purity generator is better than that of composite generator, and the new high purity chlorine dioxide generation method has more advantages in performance and disinfection cost.
