结核病防治所是地区结核病防治工作的业务指导中心和组织管理中心,然而,单靠专业机构开展工作存在不少困难。我厂于1983年初成立结核病防治所后,结合全厂具体情况,在厂属四所综合性医院设立结核科,分别负责本片各项防治业务。一年多来,四所综合性医院登记管理的结核病人已占总数的84.4％,其中菌阳病人占88.9％,痰标本阳性检出率达到57.1％,并对全厂约1,000名新生儿进行卡介苗复验工作,有力地落实了各项防治措施。
Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Institute is the business guidance center and organization and management center for tuberculosis prevention and control work in the region. However, there are quite a few difficulties in relying solely on specialized agencies to carry out their work. After the establishment of TB Control Institute in early 1983, we set up tuberculosis departments in four general hospitals according to the specific conditions of the whole plant, and were responsible for the various prevention and control businesses of the film. Over the past year, 84.4% of tuberculosis patients registered and administered by the four general hospitals accounted for 88.9% of the total, accounting for 57.1% of sputum specimens and about 1,000 newborns in the whole plant BCG retest work, effectively implement the prevention and treatment measures.
