近年来.我国公路建设事业随着国民经济的发展而发展,高速公路建设已进人了一个新的历史时期。国家明确提出:从“八五“开始,用几个五年计划的时间,建成“五纵七横”12条国道主干线,全长约35 000 km;近期到2000年,全国公路建设的目标和任务是:完成“两纵两横”国道主骨架.形成国家公路运输大通道。本刊针对公路建设规模大,结构类型多,技术标准高,质量要求严,技管难度大等主要问题,特专刊《高速公路路面施工技术与监理》一文,供同仁选用参考。该文是山东省济青公路潍坊辖段146.4 km 路面施工技术的经验总结,是理论与实践相结合的最佳产物,是指导路面施工技术与监理的科学管理系统。应用本文既可实现操作规范化、质检标准化、验收制度化,又能使各道工序衔接全面、系统、完善,取得了事半功倍的效果。实践表明,本文对加强高速公路路面施工技术管理工作,无疑将具有重要作用和现实意义。 In recent years, the cause of highway construction in our country has developed along with the development of the national economy and the construction of expressways has entered a new historical period.
