目的:研究川芎提取物对慢性脑缺血大鼠认知功能的影响。方法:采用双侧颈总动脉结扎的方法制作慢性大鼠脑缺血模型,分为假手术组、慢性脑缺血模型组和川芎提取物治疗组。治疗组灌胃给予川芎提取物相当于生药20 g/kg,1次/d,连续8 w,用Y迷宫检测学习能力,并测定脑组织MDA含量及SOD活性。结果:川芎提取物治疗组大鼠Y迷宫错误反应次数明显少于模型组;模型组大鼠脑组织中SOD活性下降,MDA水平升高,应用川芎提取物治疗4 w后,数值明显改善,提示川芎提取物有清除自由基的作用。结论:川芎提取物可改善慢性脑缺血大鼠的认知功能。
Objective: To study the effect of Chuanxiong extract on cognitive function in rats with chronic cerebral ischemia. Methods: Chronic cerebral ischemia model was made by bilateral common carotid artery ligation, and divided into sham operation group, chronic cerebral ischemia model group and Chuanxiong extract treatment group. The treatment group was given gavage with Chuanxiong extract equivalent to crude drug 20 g / kg once a day for 8 weeks. The Y maze was used to detect learning ability and MDA content and SOD activity were measured. Results: The number of Y maze error reaction in the treatment group was less than that in the model group. The activity of SOD in the model group was decreased and the level of MDA was increased. After the treatment with Chuanxiong extract for 4 weeks, the values were significantly improved Chuanxiong extract scavenging free radicals. Conclusion: Chuanxiong Extract can improve the cognitive function of chronic cerebral ischemia rats.
