研究了一种制作CdSe室温核辐射探测器的新工艺 ,并通过对CdSe室温核辐射探测器MIS接触电极电子注入机理的研究发现 ,CdSe探测器形成MIS接触电极可以降低表面漏电流 ,减小探测器噪声 ,提高探测器能量分辨率 .制备出的CdSe室温核辐射探测器对2 4 1Am 5 9.5keV和10 9Cd87keVγ射线的能量分辨率分别为 9.6 %和 7.5 % .
A new technology of making CdSe room temperature nuclear radiation detector was studied. Through the study of electron injection mechanism of MIS contact electrode of CdSe room temperature radiation detector, it was found that the formation of MIS contact electrode by CdSe detector can reduce the surface leakage current and reduce the detection The noise of the detector and the energy resolution of the detector were increased.The energy resolution of CdSe room temperature nuclear radiation detector was 9.6% and 7.5% respectively for 2 4 1Am 5 9.5keV and 10 9Cd 87keV γ-ray.
