招标采购风险防控工作是公司物力集约化风险防控管理的重要组成部分。随着电网规模的不断扩大,电网建设投资不断增加,工程服务类采购需求也逐年递增,采购风险日益集中,监管监督压力日益增强,亟需增强风险防控意识,进一步加大招标采购风险防控力度。本文从风险防控角度出发,梳理工程服务类招标采购各环节业务流程,通过分析选取科学的风险识别方法和风险评估模型,对业务风险进行识别、评估。在此基础上,结合自身业务需求,对风险点提出针对性的防控建议,提高各环节防范风险的工作能力和整体风险管理水平。
