目的探讨小切口集束型腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术的优越性。方法选取我院自2005年7月至2009年7月精索静脉曲张患者1 080例的临床资料,通过研究术前准备、手术过程、预后等指标,最终评价此种手术方式的临床效果。结果 1080例手术疗效显著,切口长度2.2～3.4cm,平均2.8cm。手术时间约15～28min,平均22min。3个月随访时,972例精液质量有改善,精子密度较术前升高(13.65±5.68)×10~6/ml,精子活力较术前升高(20.95±9.58)%,精子畸形率较术前下降(24.73±4.87)%。术后2例出现阴囊水肿。结论小切口集束型腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张具有手术时间短、治疗费用低、精液改善率高和术后胃肠功能恢复快等优点,值得基层医院推广。
Objective To investigate the superiority of small incision bundle-type retroperitoneal varicocele ligation. Methods The clinical data of 1080 cases of varicocele from July 2005 to July 2009 in our hospital were selected. The clinical effects of such operation were evaluated by studying the preoperative preparation, operation process and prognosis. Results 1080 cases of significant effect of surgery, incision length of 2.2 ~ 3.4cm, an average of 2.8cm. Surgery time of about 15 ~ 28min, an average of 22min. At 3 months of follow-up, the semen quality of 972 patients improved, the sperm density increased (13.65 ± 5.68) × 10 ~ 6 / ml and the sperm motility increased by 20.95 ± 9.58% Preoperative decreased (24.73 ± 4.87)%. Postoperative scrotum edema in 2 cases. Conclusion Small incision cluster retroperitoneal varicocele ligation of varicocele has the advantages of short operation time, low cost of treatment, high rate of improvement of semen and rapid recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function, which is worth promoting in primary hospitals.
