有机铬(III)配合物具有较高的生物利用率.本文合成了一种新型磺基水杨酸铬(III)混配配合物[Cr(SSA)(en)2]?2H2O(SSA=5-磺基水杨酸,en=乙二胺),通过红外、紫外、荧光光谱以及元素分析、电导率测定和X晶体衍射等方法对其结构进行了表征.在pH7.4,0.05mol?L-1Tris-HCl缓冲液中,利用荧光光谱研究了配合物与人血清白蛋白的结合.结果表明配合物可与人血清白蛋白以较强的分子间作用力结合,条件结合常数为(2.7±0.1)×104mol?L-1,结合位点数为3.87.在pH7.4,0.05mol?L-1Tris-HCl缓冲液中,观察了不同温度下EDTA和脱铁伴清蛋白为竞争剂的配体取代反应动力学行为,其中37℃时反应速率常数分别为0.0142和0.0225h-1.
(Cr (SSA) 2] · 2H2O (SSA = 5) is a new complex of chromium (III) sulfosalicylate -sulfosalicylic acid, en = ethylenediamine) were synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, fluorescence spectroscopy, elemental analysis, conductivity measurement and X-ray diffraction. -1 Tris-HCl buffer, the binding of the complex to human serum albumin was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the complex could bind to human serum albumin with strong intermolecular force with a conditional binding constant of (2.7 ± 0.1) × 104mol? L-1, and the number of binding sites was 3.87. The ligands with EDTA and deferrification with albumin as competitor were observed in pH 7.4, 0.05 mol? L-1 Tris-HCl buffer Replacing the reaction kinetics, the reaction rate constants at 37 ℃ were 0.0142 and 0.0225h-1, respectively.
