目的研究p27KIP1和Ki-67抗原在乳腺癌中的表达及其关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法对56例乳腺癌中p27KIP1和Ki-67的表达情况进行观察。结果p27KIP1的高表达率为41.1%(23/56),低表达率为58.9%(33/56),Ki-67的高表达率为66.1%(37/56),低表达率为33.9%(19/56),p27KIP1蛋白与Ki-67的表达间存在着负性相关(P<0.05)。结论p27KIP1、Ki-67的异常表达在乳腺癌发生发展过程中起重要作用,癌细胞增殖活性的改变直接与肿瘤的恶性程度有关。
Objective To study the expression of p27KIP1 and Ki-67 antigen in breast cancer and their relationship. Methods The expressions of p27KIP1 and Ki-67 in 56 cases of breast cancer were observed by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The high expression rate of p27KIP1 was 41.1% (23/56), the low expression rate was 58.9% (33/56), the high expression rate of Ki-67 was 66.1% (37/56) and the low expression rate was 33.9% 19/56), there was a negative correlation between the expression of p27KIP1 protein and Ki-67 (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of p27KIP1 and Ki-67 plays an important role in the development of breast cancer. The change of the proliferation activity of cancer cells is directly related to the malignancy of the tumor.
