企业改制不是一劳永逸的,而是贯穿于社会发展、企业发展的全过程。可以说,社会发展无止境,思想解放就无止境,企业改革就无止境。近期,扬州建筑业协会对改制后的企业发展情况进行了专题调研,通过深入企业调查、发放调查问卷、召开座谈会议等形式,与12家企业交流了改制前后的情况,探讨了深化改革的思路。改制的进展和变化这12个企业中,在改制前,有7个是县(市)区直属国营、集体企业:江都建设、江建集团、江苏弘盛、邗建集
Enterprise restructuring is not once and for all, but throughout the social development, the whole process of enterprise development. It can be said that there is no end to social development and there is no end to the emancipation of the mind. There is no end to any enterprise reform. Recently, Yangzhou Construction Association conducted a special investigation on the development of the post-restructuring enterprises. Through in-depth business surveys, questionnaires, and symposiums, Yangzhou Construction Association exchanged information with 12 companies about the reform before and after the reform and explored ways to deepen the reform . Among the 12 enterprises under restructuring, 7 are state-owned and collective-owned enterprises under the jurisdiction of the county (city) before the restructuring, namely Jiangdu Construction, Jiangjian Group, Jiangsu Hongsheng and Jian Jianji
