企业改制不是一劳永逸的,而是贯穿于社会发展、企业发展的全过程。可以说,社会发展无止境,思想解放就无止境,企业改革就无止境。近期,扬州建筑业协会对改制后的企业发展情况进行了专题调研,通过深入企业调查、发放调查问卷、召开座谈会议等形式,与12家企业交流了改制前后的情况,探讨了深化改革的思路。改制的进展和变化这12个企业中,在改制前,有7个是县(市)区直属国营、集体企业:江都建设、江建集团、江苏弘盛、邗建集 Enterprise restructuring is not once and for all, but throughout the social development, the whole process of enterprise development.
