目的:探讨不稳定型心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的变化及临床意义。方法:连续观察35例(A组)不稳定心绞痛患者经皮冠脉介入治疗术前及术后1h、24h、72h血液中sICAM-1的变化。另设单纯行冠脉造影的不稳定心绞痛患者30例(B组)和健康者30例(C组)作对照。酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定血浆sICAM-1含量,并随访术后3个月心血管事件的发生情况。结果:sICAM-1在A、B组的浓度明显高于C组,P<0.05;A组sICAM-1在术后1h开始升高,24h达峰值,P<0.05,于72h回落到正常水平;B组术前与术后无明显变化,P>0.05。结论:不稳定型心绞痛患者介入治疗后sICAM-1在72h内有动态变化,应注意相应治疗。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: The changes of sICAM-1 in blood of 35 patients with unstable angina pectoris before and after 1, 24, 72 hours after percutaneous coronary intervention were observed continuously. Another simple line of coronary angiography in patients with unstable angina in 30 cases (B group) and 30 healthy subjects (C group) as a control. Serum sICAM-1 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the occurrence of cardiovascular events at 3 months postoperatively. Results: The concentration of sICAM-1 in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in group C (P <0.05). The level of sICAM-1 in group A began to increase at 1 hour after operation, reached the peak at 24 hours and reached the peak at 24 hours, There was no significant change in group B before and after operation, P> 0.05. Conclusion: sICAM-1 in patients with unstable angina pectoris has dynamic changes within 72 hours after interventional therapy, so we should pay attention to the corresponding treatment.
