目的:对复方南瓜藤软膏外用消肿止痛的临床疗效进行实验研究验证。方法:将实验用120只昆明种小鼠随机分成空白组、阳性药对照组及复方南瓜藤软膏治疗组,分别进行对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及醋酸扭体实验。选用清洁级SD大鼠60只随机分成空白组、西药对照组及复方南瓜藤软膏治疗组,进行角叉菜胶致大鼠足炎性渗出实验。通过分别观察实验过程中各组的被试反应情况及相关体征的变化,对复方南瓜藤软膏的外用消肿、止痛效果进行验证。结果:(1)复方南瓜藤软膏外敷与模型组相比,能有效减轻小鼠的耳廓肿胀程度。其疗效与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)复方南瓜藤软膏外敷治疗与模型照组比较,能显著减少小鼠扭体次数,与模型组相比,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)复方南瓜藤软膏能有效降低肿胀组织炎性渗出物中的PGE2及MDA含量,并提高组织中SOD的活性。以上比较皆具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究结果显示,复方南瓜藤软膏能明显改善由炎症引起的局部组织肿胀、炎性疼痛,降低炎性因子含量,减轻自由基损伤并提高机体清除自由基的能力,与临床报道的疗效相符。证实了复方南瓜藤软膏的抗炎消肿止痛作用,为进一步研究该药物打下了扎实的基础。
Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of compound pumpkin vine ointment external swelling and pain reliever. Methods: 120 Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, positive control group and compound pumpkin vine ointment treatment group, respectively, for xylene-induced mouse ear swelling test and acetic acid writhing experiment. Sixty clean SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, western medicine control group and compound pumpkin vine ointment treatment group, and carrageenan-induced rat inflammatory excretion was performed. By observing the reaction of each group during the experiment and the changes of related signs, the external swelling and analgesic effect of compound pumpkin vinegar ointment was verified. Results: (1) Compared with the model group, compound pumpkin vinegar ointment can effectively reduce the auricle swelling of mice. The curative effect compared with the model group was statistically significant (P <0.05). (2) Compared with the model group, compound pumpkin vinegar ointment can significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice compared with the model group (P <0.05). (3) Compound pumpkin vinegar ointment can effectively reduce the PGE2 and MDA content in inflammatory exudates of swollen tissue and increase the activity of SOD in the tissue. The above comparison was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that the compound pumpkin vinegar ointment can significantly improve the inflammation caused by local tissue swelling, inflammatory pain, reduce the content of inflammatory cytokines, reduce free radical damage and improve the body’s ability to scavenge free radicals, in line with the efficacy of clinical reports . Confirmed the compound pumpkin vinegar ointment anti-inflammatory swelling analgesic effect, lay a solid foundation for further study of the drug.
