新时期新形势下,国有企业的用工策略、分配模式、运作方法已经发生也非常明显的变化,特别是职工的利益诉求更发生着显著改变,给工会的工作带来了新的挑战。由于工会组织起着调整企业内劳资关系、维护保障企业职工应得权益的重要作用,所以在国有企业工会更应当做到与时俱进、解放思想,积极创新。本文简要总结工会工作面临的新情况的基础上,对于在“十二五”之年内的工作创新与开展进行了探讨。
Under the new situation in the new period, the employment strategy, distribution pattern and operation methods of state-owned enterprises have also undergone a very significant change. In particular, the interest demands of workers have undergone significant changes and brought new challenges to the work of trade unions. Since trade union organizations play an important role in regulating the relationship between labor and capital in enterprises and safeguarding the due rights of workers and employees, the union in state-owned enterprises should also make progress with the times, emancipate the mind and actively innovate. Based on a brief summary of the new situation confronting trade union work, this paper discusses the work innovation and development during the “12th Five-Year Plan”.
