渐开线齿廓少齿差内啮合行星齿轮减速器设计中的核心问题之一是传动的几何设计。实用中最常见的是一齿差内啮合,因为它的结构最为紧凑。本文的分析以一齿差为主,但各计算公式同样适用于齿差大于一的情况。机械、化工和军工等部门所用的行星齿轮减速器中、内齿轮一般都用轮形插齿刀插制,外齿轮一般都用滚刀切制,设计计算时要计人刀具参数的影响。现在,在民用轻工及仪器仪表等产品中行星齿轮减速器的使用渐广,它具有一些特点,因此在设计上与前者有所不同。
One of the core issues in the design of involute tooth profiled internal gear planetary gear reducers is the geometric design of the drive. The most common in practice is a tooth gap internal meshing because of its compact construction. The analysis of this paper is based on a tooth difference, but the calculation formulas are also applicable to cases where the tooth difference is greater than one. In the planetary gear reducer used by the departments of machinery, chemical industry and military, the internal gear is generally inserted by a wheel-shaped gear cutter, and the external gears are generally cut by a hob. The design and calculation of the internal gear should take into account the influence of the tool parameters. The use of planetary gear reducers in consumer products such as light industry and instrumentation now has some features that make them different in design.
