医院基建工程不仅要承担公共医疗服务的责任,而且一些大医院还要满足医院教学、科研的需求。医院基建项目不同于一般的工程项目,使其对管理提出了更高的要求。针对医院基建项目的特点,将在工程项目管理中应用SMART原则,通过制定明晰的项目管理目标,提高目标任务的可操作性和可衡量性,使目标的管理更加科学化、规范化。
Hospital infrastructure projects not only to assume the responsibility of public health services, and some large hospitals but also to meet the hospital teaching, research needs. Hospital infrastructure projects different from the general project, making it a higher management requirements. According to the characteristics of hospital infrastructure projects, the SMART principle will be applied in project management. By setting clear objectives of project management and improving the operability and measurability of objectives and tasks, the management of objectives will be more scientific and standardized.
