在机械性能中,弹性模量对于涂层的功能寿命长短有很大的影响,准确地获取涂层的弹性模量是研究涂层的前提。本文针对涂层的微观形貌特征,提出了一种有效的弹性模量的计算方法。首先通过分析研究其扫描电镜图像,对其进行图像处理,再基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立涂层微观结构的2D模型,施加周期性边界,利用直接均匀化方法研究其弹性模量。并对比实验测试值,验证了计算方法的可靠性。
In mechanical properties, the elastic modulus of the functional life of the coating has a great impact on the length, accurate access to the elastic modulus of the coating is the prerequisite for the study of the coating. In this paper, according to the microscopic topography of coatings, an effective method for calculating elastic modulus is proposed. Firstly, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) image was analyzed and the image processing was carried out. Then the 2D model of coating microstructure was established based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The periodic boundary was applied and the elastic modulus was studied by direct homogenization. Compared with the experimental test values, the reliability of the calculation method is verified.
