我院于1990年2月～1995年5月对同时患白内障青光眼的病人进行了联合手术，其中采用以穹窿部为基底的结膜瓣和角膜缘为基底的三角形巩膜瓣的手术方式（低瓣组）32例，采用以角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣和长方形巩膜辩术式（高辩组）16例。现把两种手术方法的疗效和随访结果报告如下。1
Our hospital from February 1990 to May 1995 for patients with both cataract glaucoma surgery, which uses the fornus-based conjunctival flap and corneal limbal triangular scleral flap surgery (low valve group ) 32 cases, using corneal limbal conjunctival flap and rectangular sclera debate type (high debate group) 16 cases. Now the efficacy of the two surgical methods and follow-up results reported below. 1
