本文分析讨论了按传统方法在设计计算冲模刃口尺寸方面存在的问题．提出了运用尺寸链原理来求解刃口尺寸的新方法，以使计算简便，所确定的刃口尺寸更为合理．
This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the design and calculation of die edge size according to the traditional method. A new method to solve the size of the cutting edge by using the principle of size chain is proposed to make the calculation easy and the determined size of the cutting edge is more reasonable.
