目的:建立抗脑衰胶囊中2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Nova-Pak C_(18)(150 mm×3.9 mm,4μm),流速0.8 ml·ml~(-1),乙腈:水(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为320 nm。结果:2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的线性范围为0.0102~0.0614μg,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为98.40%,RSD =1.63%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,适合该胶囊中2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Kangnaoxai capsules. METHODS: A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was used. The column was Nova-Pak C 18 (150 mm×3.9 mm, 4 μm) with a flow rate of 0.8 ml·ml -1 and acetonitrile:water (20:80). For the mobile phase, the detection wavelength is 320 nm. Results: The linear range of 2,3,5,4-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was 0.0102-0.0614μg, r=0.999 5, the average recovery was 98.40%, and the RSD was 1.63. % (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of 2,3,5,4-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in the capsule.
