总跨径1 266 m,主跨径636 m的鸭绿江界河公路大桥是一座联结中朝两国的桥梁。主跨21号、22号墩位布置两座主塔,21号墩位主塔(中方侧)由中交二航局承建,22号墩位主塔(朝方侧)塔柱高194.6 m,划分45个节段施工。针对桥梁位处北方高寒地区,塔柱高度大,工程内容和施工工艺繁杂,技术难度大等情况,主塔采用了液压爬模分节段施工;上下横梁与塔柱混凝土异步施工;中塔柱混凝土冬期电伴热带施工;上塔柱实施环向预应力等新颖的施工技术。主塔施工阶段,配合埋设电测元件的施工监测,采用了CAD三维建模空间坐标测量技术,从塔座向塔顶依次介绍主塔结构及施工情况,简要地介绍新工艺应用情况。
The Yalu River Boundary Bridge, with a total span of 1 266 m and a main span of 636 m, is a bridge linking the two countries. Two main pylons are arranged on the main pier 21 and pier 22. The main pylon of the pier 21 (on the Chinese side) is constructed by China Communications Second Navigational Bureau. The pylon of the main pylon (pier side) at pier No. 22 is 194.6 m high and divided into 45 Section construction. In view of the situation that the bridge is located in the alpine region in the north, the height of the pylon is large, the content and construction process of the project is complex and the technical difficulty is great, the main tower adopts the hydraulic climbing mode to segment the construction; the ascending and descending beams and pylon concrete are constructed asynchronously; Winter concrete with tropical construction; the implementation of the tower column prestressing and other novel construction techniques. During the construction phase of the main tower, in conjunction with the construction monitoring of buried electrical components, the 3D coordinate space measurement technology of CAD is adopted. The structure and construction of the main tower are introduced in turn from the tower base to the tower top, and the application of the new technology is briefly introduced.
