针对结构为沥青混合料面层、粒料基层和土基层的 3层柔性路面体系 ,建立了路面在车辆动载作用下的有限元分析模型 ,并应用 ANSYS有限元分析软件对层状路面在动载作用下路面的动态响应进行了三维有限元分析。结果表明 ,路面的疲劳破坏是动载引起的水平应力、横向应力和垂直应力共同作用的结果 ,水平应力的交变变化是使路面产生疲劳破坏的主要因素。最大水平拉应力和最大横向拉应力在沥青层底部与粒料基层的结合处产生 ,最大水平拉应变与最大横向拉应变在粒料基层底部与土基的结合处产生。
Aiming at the 3-layer flexible pavement system with asphalt mixture surface layer, gravel base layer and soil base layer, the finite element model of the pavement under the dynamic load of vehicle is established and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Three-dimensional finite element analysis of the dynamic response of pavement under loading is carried out. The results show that the fatigue failure of the pavement is the result of the combined effect of horizontal stress, lateral stress and vertical stress caused by dynamic load. The alternation of horizontal stress is the main factor causing the fatigue failure of the pavement. The maximum horizontal tensile stress and the maximum transverse tensile stress are produced at the joint of the bottom of asphalt layer and the base of the aggregate. The maximum horizontal tensile strain and the maximum transverse tensile strain are generated at the junction of the base of the aggregate and the foundation.
